I just bought a corinthian helmet and found out that it wasnt up to SCA standards.The eye slots are a inch and a quarter.The face opening is the same.Could anyone give me some advice on what I can do to fix it up? I am interested in curving a plastic Baldur Boss for a aluminum curved kite shield. The shield is about 2 1/2" deep. Can I just heat the flanges on the boss and curve it with hand pressure ? Will the boss snug up / flex automatically as I tighten the bolts ? I dont want to stress the plastic or...

I have used usps before, I dont think they track once it enters the other country, they can only tell you it arrives at their customs ... other than that it went ok.
