I bolt my greaves to my demigreave with a 5/16 wingnut (so its a little late 15th century, sue me) it makes a hell of a knee brace. I am up armoring some of my guys as training partners.

The yellow flags are supposed to be for armour failures and dangerous situations. Enforcement seems spotty.

There are no rules against using the pole axe as a wrestling tool. I am not sure what you mean by differences in striking technique. In the single combats judges count good hits in a finite timed matches. I believe there are three one and a half minute rounds. I will check. In mellees touching the g...

No thrusting of any kind. No strikes to the foot. (?) Horizontal strikes to the back of the neck and any strike to the groin discouraged.

I am going in April. I have done some fights with the rule set here. Are there specific questions you have? Ice Falcon went over a couple of years ago and fought some guys there using steel. Good gauntlets are a must have.

I stole mine from Michael Moorcock fair and square. I also made up one with fancy crap which I learned was called an achievment. So mine is a dubious achievement.
