ive seen them, held them and put them on myhead but ive never worn in battle. i doubt mark has opened his que again so unless you can get one thats on his instock page or a used one you prob not going to get one for a long time.

From what I have seen leather coverings are rare in NA. This doesn't mean it doesn't happen, it just means in the circles I travel in in the NA, its not common. Combat shields are disposable for the most part (I go thru from 5-8 a year depending on how much I am traveling) and while a leather cover...
