Ah, thats what I wanted to hear, is it the same with haidate, should they end at or a bit below the knee? Do you have a picture of a person wearing a japanese armour that fits? Most of the armours I've seen are displayed on a armour stand and that usually never look correct.. Would be nice to have s...

Isnt that a bit on the large side? The pattern on your page says that the ô-sode should be 12" and thats 30 centimeters? Do you count the kanmuri ita in that measurement? I did not include that in my measurement. If you dont count the kanmuri ita, the ô-sode looks pretty square (slightly highe...

Fishing for interest, kusari..

I am probably going to order a large amount of kusari rings (both round and ovals) from a ring manufacturer and when thats done, im gonna start making kusari. The large numer of rings are because of a minimum number on custom orders from the manufacturer. Since I will never be able to use all the ri...

I just got a strange but maybe a pretty good idea.. A edge roping can opener.. You know the can openers that has two wheels and you use a crank to spin both wheels around and it opens the can? If you rotate the crank the wheels moves together, then starts cutting the can and if you put it in reverse...
