Gotta buddy (Christian Thomas of York) that wears one, directly on his head, with no padding, then wears a helmet overtop of it.

He likes it bunches and never complains...

He usually has a rust beard at the end of the day though.

Its all gone fairly smoothly in Atlantia since Duke Logan enacted the same sort of laws here... and they are a bit more hard core than those above. I believe Atlantia requires their authorizing fighters to meet the letter of the law the day they authorize, not a year later.

What actually keeps you from opening jar-lids when you have been fighting? grip strength, wrist strength? shield or sword hand? Do you fight S&S or great weapon mostly? Things like that. Sean Definately wrist strength. Or, rather wrist "ouch that fucking hurts, here you open this jar"...

Fighting and jar lids

Anybody else who habitually fights regularly have issues twisting caps off jars?

I couldn't do it for the longest time while i was actively fighting... haven't fought in almost a year, and I'm a jar lid twisting mo'fo...

Just an observation.
