Being a small business I've had to cut wayyyy back on my fun time spending so the funds could be used for gas expenses getting back and forth to work sites etc.
I had plans for two or three events a month this year, not even close to being able to happen for me.. This year sucks.

I know Gavin... I had a wonderful method that put four anchor points on a helm and used rawhide laces/paracord etc that worked like a dream for spun tops and other "round" helm styles that kept them locked in place tight... Alas no longer...

Looks okay but I'm always leery of websites selling something but don't tell you how much things are. That's what I like about Icefalcon and a few others. You pull up the site, look at what you want and see how big a beatin you'll be gettin from the wife.

That's gonna be a custom job for sure. If you wanted a riveted aventail I would recommend a couple folks but adding the dagging and brass work throws them out the door.

Same here. The balance point on my swords tends to be 3 or 4 finger width out from the basket. For me, I find this to be the most comfortable for my fighting.
