m Actually, that shield is covered in canvas and then painted with our household device.. Granted it's the same blue, but when I was putting this shield together with the owner, it was decided we would cover with fabric then paint as the paint would stay to the fabric and not the plastic alone... If this is an EK thing the Tuchux don't have to do a thing. They are not EK. I haven't seen a rule that says that its a Pennsic thing, either. Not sure bout this one Nissan...There may be some leeway for Pennsic but Trystan has come out and said "If they don't meet Aethelmearc Armour standards...

I've heard this argument before between Maeryk and Mord..However it between Mord and Jehan Del Pelham which started over Jehan's choice of words. Those words being "Bearing proper Harness".. It's a non issue right now cause well the East has pretty taken the exact same position as Aethelme...

I've never given myself a scale to go by. I simply have a standard level I throw at.. Some folks require a sub-standard blow to call it good. Other require an above standard. If I had to put a scale to it, I would say I throw 5's (middle of the scale) and adjust from there up or down.
