You could do the same with the ABS Diet or the Paleo Diet.

Cordain actually does a better job in Paleo than anyone else I've read, and backs it up with the relevant studies.

Are those the guys from Bloodstone Keep? They ran one sometime last year I think. Caer Galen. Might also check with Countess Matilda to see who it is that runs their annual Mountain Pas in May...I've never managed to make it up there, since it's almost always my birthday weekend, or visitation week...

I've yet to attend a Pas', but if someone would like to organize it... As for an Archive gathering I can start up a fire on that one! Wade, you're up in that area...you should try and talk House of Beasts/Graf Hans in to running one. They've got all the barriers and associated other toys to run one.

Why are some blades ONLY legal for C&T? All things equal, shouldn't those blades be good for Heavy Rapier as well? The sidesword/backsword blades are a lot thicker/wider and have less flex than heavy/C&T combo blades. They'll also take a lot more punishment. It's a lot easier to see the dif...
