CAS Iberia/Hanwei dealer?

I know someone on this board (aside from Hal/Therion) was a CAS Iberia/Hanwei dealer.

Are they still around, and still a Hanwei dealer?

I bought a hat blank from Blockade Runner. I lucked out and got one that more or less fit my head, but still had to have some steam applied to the felt, and then I wore it around the apartment for a while until it dried and fit better. The brim was marked 3" out from where the brim and crown me...

In Artemisia the right to bear steel in the presence of the Crown is given when you receive your AoA. The Crown gird each new Armiger with a dagger as a symbol of their trust. I wear a rondell dagger just because, but tend to only tote a sword around for fealty oaths and the like. Wow...that's...th...

It was pointed out to me at one event that bearing a weapon in royal (SCA) court was considered bad manners. Unless you were a peer, and had sworn loyalty to the crown, then you really had no business wearing a weapon in the royal's presence unless you were looking to start trouble. I don't think t...

Re: Roman Persona in the SCA

I know the SCA persona rules are 600-1600 AD but is it ok if i break it for this? You're not breaking anything. SCA has no official start date, so you can do AD 50 no sweat. It's just that pesky cutoff of 1600AD that exists... And you should absolutely post pics of your work so folks can see it!
