Well, yes MRL is to blame for carrying the item...but not for construction, thats Windlass Steelcraft. They make for a lot of people, no matter how much MRL states peices are made exclusivly for them

sans the rigdes on the bottom half or the blade....I was really askign more about the spike type things...or the double hilt...one smaller farther down the blade from a larger.

I have a weird hand size. From the joint on my wrist to the tip of my middle finger is 8 1/2 inches. The mediums are too small and the larges are to big!

You can definatly tell that the detail is very impressive, no one warrior is alike. They each have a different feature to distinguish from another, thats one of the reasons I dont think it is artistic liscence.

I think it is a higher rank, you're right.

But there is more than one of them, so i dont think it was a style reserved only for the emporer, maybee that triangular skirt denotates the much higher rank.

it looks like a leather shell (almost like football shoulder pads) with a scale torso protection that ties on under it.

Am I hallucinating or while searching the net for pictures of the Terra Cotta warriors while most were wearing what looked like a form of lamellar (roughly) did I see some of them wearing a padded garment?

I cant find the picture anywhere now.
