Well, yeah thier shipping is high...from Eastern Europe to the US. But they also have some armor...i.e. a pair of legs for $99 with a $59 shipping price which makes it 158 for a set of legs...not too bad if you ask me.

I really need to get an SCA legal bevor, and soon. I really want to start using my helmet, but cant till I get a bevor. Does anybody have any sugestions on how to have arms for an early 15th century kit that wouldnt cost that much. I wish I had the money to spend on fluted anrs and the like...but I dont.

Any suggestions on what might look good? Were there any splinted transitons or the like?

I dunno morgan...there are an awful lot of spaulders on the field. And everytime I try to get someone to switch from plastic to metal and they complain about the price I send them straight to Stonekeep.
