I think they are like 18 or 20.
I wear a 7 1/4 hat, and I had egg crate foam in them and they fit me fine.

Also, arent there different degrees of "gothic"? High Gothic....really fancy flared and creased and punched and stuff and Lower Gothic? Some creasing and such but not as much. And whats the difference between German Gothic, Bergundian Gothic and others? Iim not tryign to be rude or snide, I am sorry...

Here are some pics of a project I started and only half finished that is along the same lines that you are trying to do. m I cut out the leather from a pattern I made from lookign at pictues online for a while. But never got around to glueing it to the breastplate. I also never had the other section...

I actualy dont mind MRL as much as others...weapons wise. There clothing is awful and hideous. I have one of thier original production claymores...it is a tank, I payed $40 for it second hand. Its not 100% accurate, but it looks damn cool. Most of thier weapons are just that, not great to fight with...
