Hey Now Bascot! As a Horse trainer and someone who was raised among horse trainers not all of us are scum of the earth! As for the issue of people talkign about rough transitions from walk to canter I have to say this: If the horse is well trained, the trasnition should be seamless. My morgan mare, ...

Oh no, I was just asking to get the overall feel of what people thought of it. I see people on this board bring it up at times...some think it takes away, some dont really care. Do you have to have a backstory, probably not, I think that it helps add to ones charachetr if they know where the came fr...

What is the overall feeling of the SCA's "nobility"

What I mean by this is: How do you feel about everybody proclaiming to be at some level a minor noble? 12th son of Duke so and so, left his fathers house in search of his own destiny/fortune.... Do you feel that this adds or subtracts from the game? Does it make it less real? Would you like to see p...

Who do you all recomend purchasing clothing from?

I am home sick today, just bopping aroudn the internet, looking at a number of clothing sites, and so far the only two that really seem to be worth thier salt are Revival and HE. Be careful about Morgans, though. The blood is running thin in the breed and it seems like they're getting a lot of medical problems because of it. I don't deel with them often, but from what I recall of the scuttlebut around the stables (I ride at an equine water therapy facility in the winter) I ...

Suggestions for lining a leather gorget?

I have a House of the Wolf leather gorget that I used for the first time last night. I loved it. I loved the way it looked under my breastplate, and I felt 100% safe while wearing it.
