From what I've been able to see the only shields I woulda used were round, domed and on the small side.
My photoshop genius friend is working on the graphic. When I get it from him I'll send it to you. He does this for a living so it should be pretty solid.

Something to keep in mind about the overlap is that if you run them all the same way they'll weave.
