Hello, I made this cuirass - kastenbrust. The breast plate is from 2,0mm and next parts of cuirass is from 1,5mm. I made only this semi-finished product. Hi,
here last photos of wolf-mudguard.
The mugduard is without finish polishing and without varnish. I will be make finish work when I make the tank and back part of motocycle.

Width of mudguard inside - 125mm
Width of mudguard outside - 135mm
The width of mudguard is between silencers.
Length of mudguard - 67cm

Hello,

I finished this gauntlets. The gauntlets are made from spring steel. The joints are made from 1,5mm and next parts of gauntlets from 1,0mm. The gauntlets are hardening cca 46HRc.

unfortunately I think one of the reasons that there just isnt alot of information available on this sort of work is that most of it comes from your own imagination. So all thats left is really just showing the punches and hammers used to achieve the shapes you want. Would there be interest on video...

So my assumption is you heat the metal to cherry then just use your chaseing tools to just push it where you want it? Without any kind of pitch to support the work it looks like. You should make at least one mold, for your portfolio. Much better than the pictures to convince your customers.
