I beg to differ. The overwhelming majority of SCA injuries are caused directly by fat, out-of-shape guys running balls-out on uneven ground.

Eirk D Schmid makes hands-down the best mail, and he's in Minnesota. Last I checked he was very expensive and had a long waiting list, and even he was working on a deal to have some of his work done in India.

No one in the US or Canada can really compete with the Indians on price.

Overall, this kit is pretty well above average for the SCA already. I agree with everyone on the helmet. The modern boots aren't exactly horrible with the schynbalds covering a lot of them, but they would be the next thing I'd change after the helmet. Either Revival low boots or some "cover-ups...
