You lucky bastage! Congrats on the gift! Yes... honor the man with a good, timely gift. I have a newer style of that anvil... mine was made by Mankel in Cannonsburg, Michigan. I would suggest doing a hand rub-down on that to clean up the rust... Others may have better thoughts on cleaning up the rus...

What makes you think the chartes arms have shell articulation, not floating? Good Point... I am so used to seeing shell articulation.... To the InterTubes! Also, I was looking at the booklet from Talbot... which has shell articulation. Man... I would love to go get a first hand look at the effigies...

CPT Arch made it to the Final Four? Thats Awesome! Arch and Logan went into the final four with one loss each. Eikbrandr and Edmund were undefeated. Eikbrandr and Arch met first. IIRC, Arch had one bout to Eikbrands's two. Edmund and Logan then met. Edmund defeated Logan Then Eikbrandr and Edmund m...

Baron Conal. I will not be making the journey to Red Dragon this year. I will, however, meet you at some event in the future and partake in a belated celebration of your birth. At such event, I would happily meet you on the filed with single sword, sword and buckler, greatsword and pole arm/axe.... ...

This was my third year as a member of a team. The first year was when I was asked by HG Eanor to be on the English side. She asked me as we were both armoring up at an event in Cleftlands. I was... surprised to be asked. I did not think my kit was any where close enough to compete in such a deed as ...

I am going to build the helm and the CoP everything else I have. I was waiting on one of these 14th C gurus before I make the wrong stuff. Greetings unto all who read this missive. The day was overcast with rain imminent. As I approached the field, I Saw the Banner...

Icefalcon Courtesy
Greetings, I would like to thank His Grace Icefalcon for not splattering me all over the field at Pennsic during the second field battle. I had just finished helping the Midrealm Army and Allies mop up the (from my point of view) right center opposing group as we crossed the backfield in front of Ea...
