My reign of terror is not complete. I had someone aske me to sing a song (that I've been singing for 12 years), and then said, "Could you sing it the way Bryce does?" No, Bryce is old skool here, the "good old days" stories actualy include him. It will be another ten years till I'm in the good old d...

Once in desperate need of a new sword I took a long hard look at my Papa-san chair.

I would have done it too, but the rattan was less than an 1 1/4

These are a great idea, and go a long way to keeping a helmet from getting scratched and banged around in the bottom of an armor box, I'm surprised that I don't see more of them.

I lined mine with a terry cloth towel, adds cushion and is nice to the finish.

Regular contact cement works very well for bonding leather to wood. Lanolin will have no effect on it once cured unless the sheep have been drinking naptha. Make sure the leather on the back of the wool is clean and free of oil and such before you apply the cement. Brush it on both surfaces, let it ...

I would imagine that it would simply slide off the back of your head. Constantly. It's not that back swept, It might put more weight on your brow than a standard norman, but the low back would keep it from tilting. I do wish there were more and better pictures of it though.
