Looks like you would have to put bars or something over the ears :?: and all so bars under the back plate as well because it looks to be a bit short :?: but I don't have the helm in my hands so I very well could be wrong. A few more measurements. From front to back is 9 5/8 of an inch, and from side to side is 8 inches.
So this would fit a head up to 23 1/2 maybe bigger with the right padding.

Yes, there are horizontal eye slots as well. The eyeslots are like a giant "T" shape with a nasal floating inside of it. I'll try to get better pictures tomorrow.
