Yeah they are just for show. Now the the rivets along the bottom of the face is to hold the leather that holds the aventail in place.

That would fly off the shelves as a stock piece depending on price. Was that a knutt aventail? Also, what kind of timeline do you have on commisions? I do believe it is a Knutt aventail, it was sent to me for the helm when it was commissioned so I am not exactly sure. When they do go on the shelves...

I have this one back. It was way to small for the two that got it, so I took it back on trade. It has never been used.

Here are 317 lose stainless steel scales, they are 4 inches tall and 1 1/4 wide, at least I am pretty sure it is 317 scales but I could have missed counted it is hard to get a good count when you have a two year old girl that want let you breath sometimes I am asking $120.00 plus the shipping of $15...
