Hope you find happiness, Vitus. I know a few people lately, who have specifically stopped doing sca business over the internet, as far as message boards and such. Takes a lot of the personnal contact away that we used to have. With that being said, I love this medium, cause it lets me keep in touch ...

He has an account here. He has been pointed in this direction before. He has made posts here refuting claims. For me personally, I am not going by anything I have read here. I am going off things that I have seen first hand the products in my own little grubby hands, and been shown email responses b...

He doesnt live in an expensive place. He lives in Indiana, where all of my family live. If anything, cost of living there is cheaper than here in PA, by what most my family pay for rent or mortgage. Have seen his work first hand, and every piece I have laid my hands on, was garbage. His customer ser...

What kingdoms still have light fighters still? I thought most were considered heavy, though they might never get hit, as in archers. But they are still considered heavy, and can be hit and ran over just like anyone else. If your back is that bad, I wouldnt chance it. Caught in wrong place, wrong tim...

Hmm, lets see how to answer this. If I'm good, and thats debatable. I would say its cause how I was trained by my first knight Jarl Black Kane O'Shannon. He taught me how to learn from every fight, and catalog it in my head on what I had to do to finally win. So next time I fight someone I have neve...

A pennsic, man must be about 13 or 14 years ago, we got done with one of the battles, went back to bedofrds camp, and got a pickup football game going on. Im curious if those folks ever fought Orlando, before speaking? I cant think of one time, when I used to fight him, that I ever thought he wasnt calling something due to his armor. Hell to be honest, I think he had a lighter calibration than most, and I always kind of attributed it to his armor, cau...

I pretty much do what Nissan does. If I can get out, without causing an advantage for anyone I do so. Then again, specially on bridges, I tend to be one of the first units in, and I hit and then angle for a side, to drive as many off bridge as i can. Which also allows me to just dump my dead ass off...

Yeah, originally these were supposed to be bronze. But Theo had to change companys that did his anodizing, and the bronze they had was more a strawberry bronze or something like that. Which we decided wasnt what I would like. He might of found a new place that does a better bronze color though, so m...

My problem was what Alaric described, as far as Darkhearts went. They were gorgeous gauntlets, I just never felt comfortable with them. Celtic Warriors gauntlets were the ones that got my thumb smashed, so ditched them quick. I think Nissan mentioned the set of gauntlets, that I have seen. I think A...

Honestly, its why I have sold the last three pairs of finger gauntlets I have gotten. Had a set of Wisbys, got my thumbs hit pretty hard and took about 4 months for the bruise to leave from under my thumbnail. Had a set from DarkHeart. Got a few stingers, but nothing that didnt go away after a few s...

Lol, got a lot of pet peeves, do ya. Never said they called themselves that, and now I know I am thinking of the correct word. Your right, it is derived from Keltoi, and I believe Ceaser used it in his writings from Gaul, but used the word Celt, which I believe is the first time I have heard it bein...
