I recently came back from Gulf Wars with strained tendons in both my bicep and my forearm on my sword arm. I ended up practicing with my off hand for two weeks. I will tell you that I learned a lot about targeting and shot selection during that time that is definitely carrying over now that my sword...

What do those that live in apartments do for pells or pell work? I am a better fighter over all from when I started but the lack of pell work is hurting my basics in my opinion. Is there a really good mobile pell that I can drag out into the apartment common area that won't kill me getting it there ...

I use AlpineStar Bionic Knees and just a pair of TiggerTogs pants over. Looks like I have no armor for them at all and they are really comfy and don't feel hardly a thing.

Oversized lacrosse bag with wheels. Downfall is that when it is really weighted down(most of the time) some of the nylon that isn't protected by the nonskid slide on the ground.

As a newbie fighter, I like it at times to get the idea of what my opponent considers as a good blow. Call it a learning tool for guys like me.

As an more experienced fighter I can see this as times when you are getting your bearings for the same sort of thing.
