Next up, make a shave horse... Had one, never really used it... too small a shop in the last house to keep it... left it behind in the move....Learned some stuff in the process of making it... you could grease them up ( which would help the rust anyway and do a plaster cast ( think 'broken arm type' cast here ) of the outside and a plaster liner of the inside it would take two steps to get it but.... it should work. strips of cloth added to the plaster would make it stronger and it would ...
