Just as a point of reference, PayPal provides a confirmed shipping address when you send payment. I do a lot with pay pal, and it sends the shipping address with the payment. Also, Pay Pal has a limit of 45 days to file a dispute about an item not recieved. Once that has passed, it's too bad, so sad...

I can't count the number of times I've said "Kill stepping forward, die stepping back."



Heed this advice. More so if you are a great weapons fighter. My squire Odo is a master of no running back with a great weapon. I wish I had his nerve.

If you wear a set of woolen hose with batting, with a maille chausse and iron knees and the quilted cuisse and a long gambeson with maille hauberk it is plenty of protection for SCA.

It's when you skimp to make it sport armor that it's painful.

Cost 600$ new about 10 years ago. Lent them to someone a few years back and they destroyed them by leaving them in the rain.

There is a HUGE difference between stuffing in an SCA and historic leg.

Kind of like the huge difference in plastic legs and steel ones.
