Pants are size XL, which GDFB suggests is 40" waist, and 32" inseam. I love these things, and own a few. My buddies call them "I can't believe they're not hosen"

Helm fits my 24.5" noggin like a glove with my arming cap, but being properly padded, it fits a whole range.

Gloves are size 31 canadian hockey standard. Roughly a medium-large.

As for pricing, as mention before, make a reasonable offer. Im rather desperate.

If you want SCA legal, get one from revival and check the boxs that says "sca legal".

The purple heart one has a edge to the beak and corners. All they do is grind off the corners and round the beak, so you could do that yourself.

I have my dad's old helm from back in the early to mid eighties when he was stationed on the Nimitz and in Trimaris, so I know the feeling.

Your pop wins for the cooler helm though... my dad had a freon tank on his head!

For the hot-brassing, did you use a flux? If so what kind? That could solve your problem.
