I am working on a kettle helm that I want to make the grill detachable,& the skirt removable as well. what SAFE methods have you found for attaching the grill,& how big of bolts should I use to attach the skirt to the brim with? 1/4-20 X4? 5/16-X16? my thoughts were to take some 3/4" ro...

One aspect to be aware of is that if you have to use a death grip to control your hammer you are *very* much more prone to RSI injuries both due to more stress on the muscles and to more shock being transferred into your arm. Hence the suggestions to rough up handles so you can get a good grip very...
