I've got those kits and the old Aurora model kits as well. The aurora knights can be found on ebay, they are a little bigger, and better detailed, except perhaps the gold knight on horse(german gothic) is a little off. Still it makes a nice display....Otto

Why was the age so dark?....Celtic knotwork.....It confused everyone, social progress was slow because eveyone spent all time trying to figure out knotwork. Kinda like kids being hooked on vidio games today. Kids todaydont think about social reform, ecomomics, politics, art. (well ok, so knotwork is...

When I was a wee lad we called the period from roughly 500AD-1000AD the Dark Ages, not the early middle ages. There, I said it ...Pfffft!.We were right then, everybody is wrong now  .....Otto, he who hates change, and refuses to give up the "Dark Ages"

Forgot to add, I was one of the few who got an arming pourpoint from Gwen. It worked great. There may not be any evidence for it, but it felt good, looked good, worked good. A better solution than my bluejean arming shorts LOL...Otto

Watched Gruber hot raise a knee cop!

Met Gruber today, visited his shop, saw lots of wonderful things! Ohhh, Saw Jehans Hourglass guantlets, back in the shop for some odd reason, they were just as sweet as could be. Only problem with them was they were to small for me. Darn you and your tiny hands Jehan! Saw a nice gothic cuirass he wa...

Thats sweet! You just need to tinker with it to come up with some kind of "stop" for the bottom of the baseplate to keep it from going down to far.
