so how do these guys fight melees???
do they not use thrusting?
I cant see how they could use them safely....
what are the rules of combat in the one on one fights??

ok my 2 cents are very similar to what has been said.. Tournaments are just that... announced as such... Melee's and other grand melee's are tournaments as well...just on a grander scale and more participants...so I agree... set rules...no archery etc. Pennsic...is a War..Estrella is a War..no matte...

Tournament or War???
I think the biggest contention in some of the other threads is this... Is it tournament or is it war? wellby somes definition, because there are rules...it must be a tournament... ah ha but we are all just doing this on weekend and need rules to govern our combat so we can go back to work on Monday....
