Apocolypse did the original order and my wife has my old computer now and deleted all my old files so I dont have any info.... I would most likely be in for 300 to 400 brass but has there been a consensus on what style plate to get the brass in yet???

ferghus....I do not believe that Waxed leather is period either...technically Cuir Bolli actually means "Boiled". there is little to no evidence that waxed leather was used for armour in period, that I have seen. As much as I hate to say this... A period kit does not make it any easier... It all comes down to how you look in the list and off the list as well... if you have a decent kit and a nice surcoat and nice garb to wear off the list and have all the other PLQ's (Peer Like Qualities) then that will work...
