Anyone know how to measure crossbow lbs??

I just finished making a combat archery crossbow for my wife and I want to find out how heavy the pull is.
It is an 11 inch power stroke with a 100 lb prod if any one knows the calculations please post them.

Well in my Martial Arts class, my Insructor will sometimes do that in order to judge range if fighting more than one opponent with a long weapon such as a spear or staff.

And I have seen them made in Court after a vigil.

I dont know about anyone else but I personally saw two broken ankles and a broken leg last year alone, I also saw two different people have bounce back injuries at Pennsic last year.
