Ugo, et all... I am on no soapbox nor do I have a vested interest in what happens to your friends customers.... I am simply tired of seeing MY friends get ripped off by peopel like him and then hearing sob stories to try to justify some ones fraud. Too bad. Thats what being in business is all about....

truth be told....

is this Knight looking for another Squire?

have you asked him about that?

If he isnt, then you may put him in an awkward situation by asking.

maybe ask one of his current squires...

good luck :)

YRM Felix,

Some time ago, I had sent a request to fight by your side in this deed of arms and had not heard response from you as to whether or not I would be considered to be worthy by you to take the field.

I await your response.

Alaric....

even if it is "only" $2000....

that $2000 that should be given back to people this guy owed money to LONG before he ever considered fighting in Crown.

Anything less is irresponsible at best.

priorities are WAY out of wack here.

I use a 3/16th Kydex center grip round with four 1 inch wide reenforcement "ribs" radiating out to the four corners....

its lasted four years...in fact its a bit heavier than any wood shield I have ever made, yet has lasted 10 times longer....

cover it with canvas... it will be fine.

DKFB was used at the one Estrella I went to and it seemed to work very well. Much more "realistic" fighting since there is actually an advantage to outmanuevering your opponent. I cannot disagree that Death on the Ground has FAR more merit and sense than DFB.

When you are knocked to the ground, you are....for all intensive purposes...helpless.

Correct me if I am wrong..... but in Death on the Ground a member of the enemy unit has to touch you and say "Dead"....right?

Ok,
As a spinoff of the "War or Tourney" thread, who uses Declared Death From Behind, and how do people feel about it?

Is it Chivalrous? If so...why?
Is it Not Chivalrous? If not... why?
