And what, by the light of Apollo, is the accepted distance of a spear throw?

The Olympic javelin throwers are averaging 90 meters.... with the world record at more than 100 meters...

Not looking for trouble, just what the actual rule is.

I meant athletic tape for the cap. BTW I have not put anything on my 7" for one hand use. It got a bit scratched but nothing major. The glove in the gauntlet was good enough got get a grip on the spear shaft. For the cap it makes sense to use duct for its better resistance to abrasion... but ma...
