Embroidary for pennants?

Is anyone familiar with the computerized embroidary companies that can turn a picture into an embroidered item?
I was looking to have a few penants made for Gulf Wars with my heraldeic device, one specifically for my spear and another two for my camp site.
Any ideas?

Gluing horsehair?

I was wondering how you glue horsehair together, in order to attach it to the top of a helm? Specifically, the end that you would fold over, if that makes sense?

Unfortunate.
Well, if anyone reads this thread and is aware of someone who makes similar gaunts (NOT finger gaunts, mind you but full gaunts with finger 'impressions' I guess you'd call it) then let me know. I'm definitely in the market.

Where-oh-where to find these gaunts ... ?

Does anyone know this fellow and/or where these gaunts were made? Tax return is coming in and I oh-so NEED a pair -- or something similar, assuming that they are full MOCK finger gauntlets. Excuse me while I drool.

Hey Roderick, have you had a ruling from the Trimaris marshallate yet?

PS The daggers coming along nicely, I thank you dearly, my friend. I'll be ordering two thrusting tips for my swords and a thrusting tip for my spear when the cash flow evens out.

Greg/Roderick offers an exemplary example of how a business should be run. I've dealt with him and his wife on many occasions and they've been nothing but spectacular each and every time. Okay, this may seem like a simple question but I want to get it right the first time -- if I want to wrap the grip of my SCA sword with leather, what's the best way to do it?
What weight leather?

No, I don't care that you wear your Winnie the Pooh boxers when you fight (and for some of you that conjures up an indescribably eerie mental picture, let me tell you) but what do you wear under your armor?
