Re: Armstreet issues
I've dealt with them before and after initially sending the wrong size elbows they promptly (considering the distance) sent an exchange. This was about two years ago. No complaints.

Jamie, are there some plates you could fabricate for spine coverage?
Also, any pics of this kit with someone wearing it?

Re: The TV series “Battle of the Nations” is online!
How much protection are you really going to need? Virtually no leg protection ... Contraire, mon frere, check out more of the videos; the leg hacking is ridiculous. I'm thinking no less than 14-gauge mild/16-stainless quisses or you're going to have dented, near-useless leg armour after a melee or ...

I think with shipping they were $350-360. WELL worth the price in my opinion.

I believe he posted them in his sale thread.
Not sure if he does spring stainless. He and I talked initially and I asked for stainless but I ended up with spring steel due to a miscommunication. I'm fine with that.
$300 before shipping, I believe.

Lucian, The 0.090 aluminum weighs about 6 pounds. The same thing in 18g stainless weighs in about 9 pounds. The 18g stainless kit will cost around $120. Everybody who has paid up through yesterday will have their kit shipped either Friday or Saturday. I'll be ending the free shipping promotion Satu...

Jamie what do you think the weight differential between the stainless and the aluminum would be?
Edit to add: Price difference too? We're talking 30" waist, 38" chest if that matters.

Lucian- do you have sabatons too? I'm still trying to figure out what would be worthy of this challenge. I've done some good hand blown glass cups in a 14th century style. Considering who ever can do this challenge already has armour, giving them more armour seems a little goofy. Indeed I do, good ...
