Re: Armstreet issues

I've dealt with them before and after initially sending the wrong size elbows they promptly (considering the distance) sent an exchange. This was about two years ago. No complaints.

Jamie, are there some plates you could fabricate for spine coverage?

Also, any pics of this kit with someone wearing it?

Re: The TV series “Battle of the Nations” is online!

How much protection are you really going to need? Virtually no leg protection ... Contraire, mon frere, check out more of the videos; the leg hacking is ridiculous. I'm thinking no less than 14-gauge mild/16-stainless quisses or you're going to have dented, near-useless leg armour after a melee or ...

I gave Hammerbreaker 6 measurements of my calfs. And the greaves fit very well. My guess is that they have stand-ins with the same size as the client. But it's just a guess.

Re: Advice Sought: Looking for good cased greaves (reasonabl

I believe he posted them in his sale thread.

Not sure if he does spring stainless. He and I talked initially and I asked for stainless but I ended up with spring steel due to a miscommunication. I'm fine with that.

$300 before shipping, I believe.

Lucian- do you have sabatons too? I'm still trying to figure out what would be worthy of this challenge. I've done some good hand blown glass cups in a 14th century style. Considering who ever can do this challenge already has armour, giving them more armour seems a little goofy. Indeed I do, good ...
