hi there
I use a 7 1/2 hp baldor 3 phase buffer that never stalls and you can use the cottons wheels to a nub. as the wheel get smaller the necessary pressure to polish goes up.
a little expensive but if you make quite a bit of armour its well wrth it.

DO NOT USE STEEL RIVETS do not use copper coated steel rivets. either of these will rust your cop out. the rust will affect the material it is riveted into. I would reccommend small copper rivets and burs. if you use leather any where and need rivets... copper is the safest rivet to use. aveloc fou...

1. I personally think the new rules do not adress the issue of the "nuclear missle". it does allow people an excuse not to call... 2. as long as there are thin shafted arrows on the field... I will fear for my eyes. 3. at some time, some where... someone will miss something safety wise... I do not t...

hi can headgear work yes of course. but... long term use and safety depends greatly on the helm design. if a helm is heavy enough the weight absorbs most of the blow. if its a typical 14ga sca helm it weighs 8lbs or less. many think their helm is much heavier than it actually is. if you plan to figh...
