broadway those unsledgehammered pieces are still usable. two suggestions. since you are not using Ti you can weld the stainless or mild articulation holes closed. grind and buff the welds to invisible and re-articulate. you can also change the lame order around and reuse the lames. the holes will/mi...

Hi there my one piece welded 12ga helms ring very loudly. I use dynamat available on ebay to damp them down.
