The helm will fit 24.5 no problem. my head is at 25.5 and I can squeeze in, but it's way too tight to wear. I don't have a camera, the posted pics were build progress pics. There is a cotton liner sewn in.

They are gloved with a size Large glove, typically this is a size 8-9 glove (in my experiences) I wear a 9-10 and they are a tad snug, but wearable.
