you should also take a look at shamrock armory. he recently made this helm for me. while it was a bit more than your price range im sure you could get something very nice. might want to look into some kind of air scrubber rental too ... we had that problem a few years ago and after the solution was resolved there was an odor that took 3 days of industrial airscrubbing to remove

gun cases work good too ... tend to raise the shipping price but with an expensive sword, probably worth it
