I would appreciate a recommendation for a _reliable_ armourer to make a pair of hardened spring steel/hardened high carbon steel guantlets suitable for SCA-style combat. I am willing to pay a reasonable amount, but I need them sometime in the next four months. Any takers?

Ah, so they have adapted the Japanese sports chanbara stuff. I've got some of their earlier gears. It is light, but good fun. Unfortunately, it is so light your technique tends to get very sloppy. I wish him the best of luck with the business, though. I seen future heavy fighters.
