Not much different then the bodyblade my PT guy uses.
Retired military makes for great thearapy they understand joint damage much better then the regulary thearapy people.

first idea comming to my mind... I say mount to the vice and power hammer is done:-)
Anyway I think it could work theoretically, as this really need the energy to hold the shock of the vibrations, but I wouldn´t change some easy workout for the joints...
