A long-overdue review: Kronos Weretiger [x-post]

I would like to start by apologizing to Kronos. I promised to do this 2 weeks ago, he has always been timely with his communication, and I am sorry.

I commissioned this from him about a week past Pennsic:

As previously mentionned, communication was quick and courteous.

The product itself is great. The pictures don't do it justice at all. It fits wonderfully, which was my chief problem with my old helmet. He captured the design I wanted perfectly, and the linseed blackening is a really nice touch.

I received progress pics during all phases of construction.

Delivery was very quick, I think a 4 week turnaround.

Two problems arose, which were handled quickly and efficiently.

1. I had a slight design change on the cheeks midway into production. He redesigned it to my (new) specifications within a day.

2. The bank wanted to hold my money order for 30 days. He offered credit, and continued production anyway. Eventually we found a solution but it was very appreciated of him nonetheless.

All in all, I am very satisfied with this transaction and highly recommend his work. While I havn't been able to fight in it yet (80 hour weeks will do that to you...) I have no doubt it will perform marvelously.
