I'm going to have to say make your own pattern, if for no other reason than that it will fit you best.
that looks to be a fairly standard gorget design with some beefy pauldrons riveted to it.
for the gorget start by patterning out the bands that go around your neck, the top 2 will be rectangles, the bottom 2 will be slightly larger rectangles. you may or may not end up adding a curve along the bottom edge.
Once you've got the neck bands patterned make them from your steel, THEN pattern out the mantle. for the mantle you can start with a large rectangle, just cut out a U shape for where the neck plates will fit, then start cutting off extra material untill you've got a pattern you're happy with. it will most likley may take a few tries. repeat the process for the back half
once your happy with your mantle pattern cut it out from your steel a little larger than you need, it's a lot easier to cut off extra metal than it is to add extra in. shape your mantle, cutting where necessary, then pattern out your pauldrons.
I dont know of any patterns for the gorget style your looking for, but the horsemans pauldrons on the pattern archive should be pretty spot on for what's in that picture. just re-size them to fit you.
the ones in the picture look to be articulated on leathers. the rivets you see near the edges of the plates are where they were riveted to each other during shaping to make sure everything lined up, they aren't what the pauldrons articulate on.
Thats how I'd go about building what your looking for, hopefully it;s helpfull to you.

A google search for "gorget pattern" brings up this site
http://www.onlinearmory.com/customer/kennyb/index.htm
Which looks similar to your goal, it is not a pattern but might help you figure it out.

You know what
Im doing the same thing. However I changed my mind 100% when I feel in love with something else.
Finding a pattern like that will not be easy. Your best bet is to follow the Onlinearmor.com website and start with everything made of fabric and remember to give extra length to everything so you can use pins to connect it.
I was running though my mind of what I wanted to make it out of. Leather looks to crappy and cant take a hit unless its backed up by steel and that would have to be hidden or else you may look like a stormtrooper.
So nahh that looked to gay.
Plate doesn't flow however it is solid. Making it articulated has its up's. Then I kept looking.
HA! chain maile! I then found this and fell in love.
Currently, I'm using galvanized steel. Even better was I bought a Coif off Budk.com for 20 bucks and that way All I have to do is take it apart and reassemble it. Im about 1/4 finished and Its been about 4 to 5 hours of work so far.
