Sir Polidor great helm pattern?

Post by Garreth »

Does anyone have a copy of the pattern he used to sell? I bought one ages ago but it is long gone. I have an itch do an old school SCA visored barrel helm, like the one in the old known world handbook.

Can anyone help me out?

I expect it is in the Best of the Hammer, and I have them around here someplace. I may be able to dig it up for you.

Are you trying to say nobody in your area has a copy of the KWH?

I have a copy of the K.W.H. and I have the best of the hammer vol. 1 and 2.
I was hoping someone had a copy of the full size paper pattern.

Oh, I get it now. I don't have and have never seen the full-size pattern, but I do know that sometimes my scaling up from a small version does result in something a little off-size.

Sorry to have seemed snarky there. Wish I could help you.

Well, you know how to scale a design up using grids by hand.

You also know where the nearest FedEx-Kinko's is.

So now it's a matter of taste.

I fail to understand why you believe you require a full-sizer from someone else.
