Bob, I have a message for you from Glenn at Hotblack regarding your order.
Glen is not computer-enabelled at the moment and I shall be relaying his messages.

Please e-mail me and I shall reply his message.

All other folks. If you have outstanding orders (payed for) from Hotblack that are overdue, please drop me an e-mail letting me know who you are and what the order was for 9and dates).
Glen has gone through a rough patch and I am happy to help him get back with it. He is working at catching up on orders and things are actually moving along once more.
I will likely be over there form time to time to help out with stuff so use me as a communications tool.

I will now return to my own workshop to drive yet more metal splinters into my hands.
