Maybe, although I have no idea of how long the hide was sitting around before getting to me, so... ulgh. And an update about the hide; it has failed. My dad said that he could bring it to a professional hide tanner, but I would have to wait a month. I already told him it won't work since it has garnered rot, terrible odor, and rat and dog chew marks in the time since.

My dad enjoys postponing things indefinitely, then binge-drinking at night with his friends. Thank goodness I didn't have to put up with him and his dysfunctional family my entire life. It's difficult enough as it is to request simple items such as thread, and have it delivered on time. Sure, I may sound harsh, but he should have known the consequences of bringing life to the world.

Thankfully I have other things that I am working on, and have no immediate need for leather.

Heh, sorry about that, I sort of went on a rant. This isn't facebook, and you guys came here to talk about armor.
The front should be complete by tomorrow night. I don't know if I'll have time to complete the buttons however; embroidery eats up hours.

He currently lives in China but I don't think he does any commission work.

It's good that he doesn't or else he would have ALL of my money.
