I was wondering if anyone has any experience using the zoombang max coverage gloves as demi-gauntlets? I was thinking wearing them under a larger leather glove. Of course this would be for use in baskethilts.

Re: Zoombang gloves for demi-gauntlets?
"Under a larger leather glove." Presumably a demigaunt that actually gives coverage to the base of the thumb there? The Zoombang leaves that part naked. Could be improved in that regard.
If you like the fit, they're certainly not going to hurt, worn under a... thing of some sort. The price is comparable with that old stalwart, the deerskin/fake deerskin drovers' glove. Though I guess the things wouldn't decay, being made of synthetic materials.
Personally, I'd figure on attaching interior padding across the metacarpals and maybe on the base of the thumb area too if I thought I really needed it. Were I constructing a set of demis. Then a quite ordinary sort of glove. Preferably one not too short in the fingers; they come that way sometimes, and one pretty much has to look elsewhere. Too long in the fingers, the determined glover could re-do.
