Have you tried the salt water battery charger, 12V light bulb etch?
I never have... but always wanted to, because I have a battery charger alligator clips and a 12V old car bulb. Muhahahahaha...........

I've had good luck with the salt water battery charger method. Beautiful helmet, as usual.

I played with the salt water dc current thing. The issue I had with it was that it broke down my resist very quickly. To quickly for me to get a decent etch. The only resist I found that worked was vinyl and I just can't do the detail stuff in vinyl. So I am using copper sulfate and salt for etching mild steel.
