Harbor freight shear question

i am looking at the throatless shear from central forge on the harbor freight website
and i looked for these awnsers but i could not find them
here are the questions:

what is its cutting capacity can it cut 16ga mild steel? and could i even push it as far as 14 ga mild steel?

and ive heard its been getting better this past while is this true??

and would you say its worth the money

sorry for the ramballing but im just doing some research before i make an order....
