Cool aging technique.

I regularly use vinegar to clean mild rust off of pieces of scrap when i find a use for them, it's cheap and works quite well. Today i thought i'd try on a heavily pitted piece for fun. i put quite a bit on and rubbed it on with a green scrubby pad thing. i left it to do its magic and came back in about an hour to find fresh rust on the piece. turns out it was the heater that had warmed it up to untouchably hot and sped up the process. i got my scrubby pad and gave it a good rub and it came out looking like aged iron. it looked kind of like a restored breastplate effect. Hope that wasn't too confusing for you all.
