Does anybody know if you can get these with a different hole pattern?

I know that Adam stocks only the one hole pattern. Retooling the die would be prohibitively expensive. I have not heard him mention when the next batch of plates will be available.

No the hole pattern can not be changed.
At this time i do not know when i will have more plates in stock
